The ultimate “armchair model railroading” video game, TrainPlayer lets the user run trains on a model railroad that exists only in a computer. TrainPlayer includes hundreds of track plans, including all those published in Kalmbach Books’ 101 Track Plans For Model Railroaders. TrainPlayer lets the user place dozens of types of cars on the virtual track plan, mark them as empty or loaded, and switch them at sidings and yards.
