Cab ride on Dale Junction

Check out this video from a fellow model railroader
For the past 10 months, I have been constructing a model of Dale Junction on the Union Pacific's Transcontinental route across Sherman Hill. The benchwork is now completed, all of the track is down and mostly wired, which has allowed me to run trains across the whole layout.

The layout is operated using a Digikeijs DR5000 and fully automated using iTrain, although the trains can be operated manually if desired. Only a small amount of scenic work has been completed in a small "scenic window" on the lower level of the layout, an idea inspired by reading an article in Model Railroader.

This video captures a cab ride on-board GP9 #252 at the head of a long eastbound manifest. Along the way, we pass FEF-3 #844 and Big Boy #4023 on westbound trains.
